    Description

    Our 2nd Generation BULLETPROOF Front Differential rebuild package includes the Billet Torsion Spring Retainer, the upgraded 12 Tooth Billet Sprague cage, 12 Tooth 4130 Armature plate, ALL SKF bearings & seals w/ solid gear pin.
    This Rebuild eliminates all of the plastic OEM parts and upgrades all of the internals.
    Are having Four Wheel Drive engagement issues? Are stuck in 4WD or cannot get into 4WD?
    Our Front Differential Rebuild is a must needed upgrade over the stock components. However, there’s a few front differentials that need a little extra TLC with 4WD.
    Our BULLETPROOF Front Differential rebuild package includes the upgraded 12 Tooth Billet Sprague cage, 12 Tooth 4130 Armature plate, ALL SKF bearings & seals w/ solid gear pin.
    Send your front diff to us and our certified tech will troubleshoot and correct the noise. This price includes installing our upgraded bearing kit, custom shims to set the lash on the ring and pinion gears and also bench load test your diff before we ship it back.
    ***You are responsible for shipping the diff to us!***
    ***Your diff will be shipped with 2 ounces of our justice bros gear oil treatment. Please make sure to top the diff off with oil once you receive it.***

      I have had my 2015 RZR 1000 XP4 since new. It has been an awesome matching, but it always had some vibration and noise in the drivetrain. I purchased this diff rebuild alone with the complete drivetrain upgrade as well. I can’t tell you how good it is to drive the machine now. All of the marble sound and vibration is completely gone. I mean completely! There is one big draw back however. It is that now I can hear all of the other noises that the RZR makes. I had no idea the noise that comes from the clutch.

      I just wish that I had done this sooner. It completely changes the machine and sure beats spending 30-40 grand for a new one. I feel like I have a brand new RZR. Great job, SandCraft!
