SANDCRAFT MOTORSPORTS (“the Company”) hereby warrants its products against manufacturer defects for the duration of the product’s life. This warranty is applicable solely to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable beyond the original purchase.
Under this warranty, the Company undertakes to repair or replace, at its discretion, any product found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, provided that such defects are reported to the Company within a reasonable time after discovery and within the product’s operational life.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, alterations, accidents, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Company.
SANDCRAFT MOTORSPORTS will not be responsible for any costs associated with removal, shipping or installation of products associated with any warranty claim.
To make use of this warranty service, the original purchaser must present proof of purchase and contact SANDCRAFT MOTORSPORTS directly. The Company reserves the right to assess the nature of the defect and determine the appropriate course of action.
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by SANDCRAFT MOTORSPORTS, and no other express or implied warranties are applicable, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall SANDCRAFT MOTORSPORTS be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of its products.
