What are the differences between your various differential rebuild kits?
Bearing and Seal Rebuild Kits
We upgrade every bearing tolerance, while utilizing heat treated inner and outer races combined with higher quality seals. These kits are designed to upgrade your front differential and eliminate all bearing slop issues which provides a smoother running differential. Check out our Bearing and Seal Rebuild Kits.
Gen 2 Rebuild Kits
This kit includes the “Bearing and Seal Kit” plus our Billet Sprague, Upgraded Armature plate and our Billet Spring Retainer. Check out our Gen 2 Rebuild Kits.
We do offer in house rebuilds, meaning you ship your front differential to us and trust our professional team to properly install your rebuild kit. We meticulously clean and inspect all components during install. Once completed, every differential is bench tested to ensure proper working order and then carefully packaged and shipped with tracking numbers. At SANDCRAFT Motorsports we take pride in everything we do.

What materials are your armature plates, spragues and spring retainers made of?
SANDCRAFT Spragues are designed to increase four-wheel drive engagement while increasing load characteristics. This precision cut billet aluminum is then hardened so that it can withstand all the torture your right foot can throw at it.
SANDCRAFT Spring Retainers are billet aluminum with internal and external engagement properties that raise the bar in durability and dynamic loads. It is designed to be married with the SANDCRAFT Armature Plate only.
